I quit smoking cold-turkey Feb of 2010. I used L-Tryptophan to boost serotonin with much success. 5-HTP is also useful. Another mood enhancer that is completely natural is GABA. I have found the only effective GABA product is a SUBLINGUAL 150mg tablet with added magnesium. Oral GABA seems to do little or nothing for me personally. I don't know if I can state the product manufactuere so do some research.
The GABA sublingual tabs help lift my mood almost immediately.

The best way to quit is to put off smoking each cigarette you crave for a few minutes. Find a way to distract yourself, clean, make a cd, make the bed, whatever. When you realize that you have forgotten that you wanted one in the first place.......you are on your way to tricking yourself into quitting.....it works.....
I would say good luck but it takes knowing oneself and finding loopholes in ones own thought patterns in order to outsmart oneself.

I don't believe quitting can cause cellulite.. Why? When you smoke you can gain weight. Gaining weight and not being active and sitting on your a$$ causes cellulite. So quitting.. No chance. ha.

You probably should feel tired and restless. If you have been smoking for a long time, your body will be addicted to the nicotine. Most likely, you will desire the cigarettes still, but stay strong.

Smokeless or electronic cigarettes still contain nicotine, the addictive agent in tobacco, and would not be helpful in completely quitting. A better alternative would be to consult a physician for a qualified smoking cessation program.
You can NEVER smoke cigarettes safely...EVER. They are poisinous, and can seriously damage your lungs. You CANNOT smoke safely, unless your smoking niccorette, which helps smokers quit smoking. Hope this helps : )

Probably not. Although I don't know what Blue Cross policies are, I do know that electronic cigarettes are not approved by the FDA for quitting smoking. I can't imagine any insurance company paying for a "treatment" that is not FDA approved.
No electric cigaretes does not help us from quitting smoke but it will not harm our body . when someone take an electric cigarettes there is flavour of nicotine and smells same and you will feel like same as smoking a real cigaretes and you will continue to smoke
