No. That would exclude millions of people and be highly discriminatory. There are also many other people who are at great risk of contracting serious illnesses and to be seen to be fair, they would have to be excluded too, resulting in millions more people being out. You would be excluding some brilliant people from the workforce, as just because someone has an illness, that doesn't mean they cannot contribute at a high level to the workplace. Many exceptional people have illnesses and many people in perfect health are not good workers. There would be many other problems trying to impose such a policy, so there is absolutely no way it could be done.
