Definitely not, but it is one of those opinion questions. But I think Americans should get the heck out of there and worry about America, and not Iraq.
What the government and the American people feel we should is what is important and at this point the consensus is that we should withdrawal.
From 2003, and US troops are still in Iraq.
because the protect our country
There was an agreement with the Iraq government but First, the agreement should state honestly that American combat troops would remain in Iraq until 2012. Using the December 31, 2011 date as the deadline is nothing but a cheap deception.
to stay the course in Iraq. compared Iraq to Vietnam. an exit strategy for Iraq
YES!
NO!
The premise underlying this question is incorrect. The Iraq War ended on December 16, 2011. The reason that the US stayed in Iraq until that point was in an attempt to stabilize the country. The United States should have continued to stay as the country was not completely pacified, but such an act was politically untenable.
to stay the course in Iraq.
yes they should ha babetoston was here
Yes Because The U.S. already said they would stay and help in Iraq, We dont want to be accused of "bailing" out again, There may still be WMD's Hidden somwhere in Iraq, And terrorist groups may be waiting exactly for that... That we leave so that they can cause more trouble and not be stoped. I don't think so. Either way Obama said he would bring the US toops back home as soon as he became president(or at least i think he said that)
We should be more focused on the youth in our nation right now. When we fully recover from our recession we should then focus on the well being of other nations such as Iraq
