This question is subjective; there isn't a "right" answer.
For myself, I'd strongly prefer Europe, at least I could read the signs phoenetically rather than having to try decipher whatever symbols the local moon language variant uses. (Okay, if we're talking Eastern Europe, then they might be in Cyrillic, but I can at least sort of work that out given enough time; the one time I've been in a southeast Asian country, I once spent ten minutes in front of a pair of bathrooms trying to decide if I was a director's chair or a picture window over a picnic table.)
