Should you be worried if you just noticed a bump on your head that doesn't itch or hurt and you don't remember bumping your head recently?

Monitor it for a few days and make not of any changes you notice. Dont rub it a lot or you may irritate the skin and cause swelling or panic to much and make the wrong assumption that it is getting bigger even if its not. If it does not hurt, get larger, or become annoying it probaby is a knot that has been on your head - no head is knot/bump free - or you may want to make sure it is not a fatty build up or anything like that.
