Calipers do not have to be changed in pair unless both are bad, however the pads should be changed on both at the same time, since they come as a set, and you can use them to detect brake issues from one side to the other, by wear of the pads.

How do you change the front rotors on your 2001 ZX3?

First, remove the wheel. Then disassemble the brake calipers - two hex or star bolts located on the back which will require you to first remove the caps. Once the bolts are removed, the whole assembly should be able to slide of the rotors. Make sure you support the calipers somehow, do not just let them dangle from the connecting lines (They're fragile and can be easily be torn or pulled) Once the calipers are out of the way, the rotors are able to slide out. Remember to replace your pads if you're replacing the rotors, and bleed the brakes! I had a harder time bleeding the brakes after I did this than I did replacing the rotors.

How do you change front rotors on a 1994 ranger 4x4?

It should be the same as my 94 2WD. If you take the calipers off the rotors should slide off easily. To remove the calipers you need to remove the two retaining pins (one on top and one on the bottom) using a hammer and pushing tool of some sort, (I typically use a large screwdriver). Carefully tap out the pins, they are held in place with a rubber wedge. Once the pins are removed the caliper should lift off rather easily. Once the caliper is off the rotor will be loose and will come off. Hope this helps.

How often should I get an oil change?

You should change your oil once every 3,000 miles to be safe; once ever 5,000 miles at an absolute maximum.

How do you change the brake calipers on a 1994 Saturn SC1?

Put the front of the vehicle on jack stands and remove both front wheels. Disconnect the hydraulic brake line from the caliper. Using an appropriate sized allen wrench, remove the two bolts that hold the calipers to the axle assembly. The bolts are at the top and bottom, and can be accessed from the side of the caliper that is closest to the engine. Once the bolts are off, the caliper should slide off, but it's a tight fit, so you may need to work with it a little. You need a 10mm socket for the caliper bolts. Not a allen wrench
