I think you should talk to your husband first regarding this other person and explain to him how you feel about what is going on. It may not be anything at all. If it still concerns you after you have talked to him, ask him to contact her in front of you and have him ask her not to contact him anymore. (That is what I did) If it would make you feel better than while he has her on the phone you can talk to her too and let her know how it looks to you and how you feel (not in a rude way, It will just make both of them mad).
