NO! well to be honest it depends on the person for me when i drank monster (lo-carb) on vyvanse I feel the negative side effects such as the dry mouth and shakes, anxiety etc, the caffiene causes these side effects from what I know since i've been fine with just vyvanse alone. be weary of your decisions

If you can drink a bunch of coffee while on vyvanse, you probably won't have an issue with the Excedrin migrane, but be careful when taking too many stimulants at the same time.
