Yes you should tell your orthodontist. About you should chewingtell gum with bres of an expander because he might be ableto to help you ifshould something is wrong.
Yes, you can. NOTHING will happen I have an expander and I have chewed gum 4 or 5 times. An nothing happened, the only thing you cant do is blow a bubble because the roof of your mouth is were the main part of the expander is.
You do not chew gum while wearing braces because it will stick in the wirework. Listen to the orthodontist, not "people". I am just adding on to this answer: I have braces and i chew freedent. In my opinion freedent does not taste very good ( and looses its flavor in less than a minute ). But, I have also chewed many different types of gum with braces and it is usually fine if u chew it in the back of your mouth.
can you chew gum when you have braces? most dentist will say only sugar free gum,but i have chewed plenty of gum with my braces that have not been sugar free the only gum you really need to stay away from is the really sugary sticky gum like:huba bubba and gum like that, the type of gum that i have chewed with my braces that has been the easiest was 5 gum and orbit.i hope you are satisfied with my answer.
I have found that Eclipse and some brands of Trident don't get stuck in my braces. But, beware of Tootsie Rolls, they get stuck really easily. :D-Gianna!
Depending on how much he/she chewed, your dog should be fine. But I would phone your vet just to make sure.
get chewed
when he chewed your shoe
I suggest not gettin White or black. Why? White will make a contrast to the colour of your teeth to the pure White braces. If you have yellow teeth, they will look worse than before. And Black braces do the same thing. If you have yellow teeth, it's gonna make it look like you chewed up a bumble bee. But of course, if your teeth are pure White, any colour works pleasurably:)
You should be calling your Veterinarian immediately for the remedy ...
Well, it is very difficult, but here are some helpfull tips, (You get used to it after a while) Cut up your food into smaller pieces then you normally would, so you dont have to chew as much. When you put the food inside your mouth, chew with only one side, and one side only, because if you keep going bakc and forth with the chewing on differant sides, it's easier for the food get stuck in your expander. When the food is all chewed up, kinda push it back to the back of your mouth then swallow right away, yes it is going to be hard, but again, you will get used to it. Wash it down with your drink :) Hope I helped somewhat.
food is chewed in your molars.
