Absolutely not! Get over missing him and move on with your life. Let him stay with the mother of his child. So what if he wants to get back together with you? What makes you think he would stay? He sounds like he is as fickle as they come. I would bet even if you got back together with him, he would someday decide he wanted to be with someone elese. Do not put yourself through it!
