I would get my own if I were you. Not to be a pessimist, but if your relationship doesn't work out, then you won't have to go around looking for a new apartment, and if you do decide to spend the rest of your life with this guy, then by all means, go ahead.
You did not make it plain if she was co-renting with your boyfriend or she has her own apartment in the same complex. If she is sharing rent with him then this is not a good set-up and your boyfriend should not be having anything to do with her. If she is renting her own apartment (possibly in the same building) she may be the one trying to cause mistrust between you and your boyfriend by purposely not answering your question as to whether there is anything going on with your boyfriend and her. Be smart, talk to your boyfriend and if she is living in his apartment tell him it's either her or you. If she is just living in the same apartment complex he may be telling the truth and it may be his ex trying to be close to him and he is being honest about it to you and there is nothing he can do about her renting in the same complex. Straighten this problem out with your boyfriend as soon as you can. Don't bother speaking with his ex.
No. Vanessa has her own house.
He really said that? But they are your belongings. You shouldn't have to leave them in his apartment. This is very childish behaviour and he is being spiteful. I think you should try to get your belongings and contact a solicitor if needs be. Don't go to this man's apartment on your own anymore either.
Your boyfriend can't stay there with you. He should get a hotel room for the night where you can join him. Until one or the other of you has your own apartment, you have to respect the rules wherever you live.
No, and he should be in prison.
Get your own boyfriend...
By my studies, you can not own an apartment at the age of 16. But when you turn 21 is when you can own an apartment...
Each apartment complex has its own rules. Generally, if it is your first apartment, you will need a co-signer for the period of the first lease. After that, you should be able to do it on your own, provided that you have always paid the rent on time.
{| |- | No, they cannot sign the lease paperwork. They can certainly move into the apartment with the permission of the parents. And if the parents or boyfriend sign the lease, there should be no problems. |}
It's your own decision. >_>
Yes, you can own an apartment. When an apartment is owned by an individual, it's called a condominium (condo). The building or apartment must be designated for individual sale, you can't purchase just any apartment in any apartment building.
Always, you can own a condominium. And some condominiums are called apartments. You cannot always own an apartment. When you cannot own an apartment, it is not a condominium.
