Personally No. be happy with your attributes. They are trademarks from your ancestors. Your traits make you unique. Why be like everyone else? Be yourself and be proud of who you are. Changing your self means change in friends and relationships. You are gorgeous the way you are! Only you can make that decision for yourself. But I wonder if people will like you more only for your body if you do have these surgeries? Isn't that a rather shallow reason to like someone?
