The tip of my nose feels like there is a hair across it and then gets itchy Occasionaly when I wake up I will have a few small pimples on the tip What is this?

That takes the attention away from it. Also, don't wear bright lipstick but play up your eyes with makeup. That draws attention up to your eyes and away from your nose.
