No, green terrors are of the acara group who are generally less aggressive than Flowerhorns, which are extremley aggressive piscivorous predators (as opposed to acaras who browse for aquatic inverts etc.). And simply no mixing either of those with discus fish, In my opinion. Flowerhorns especially will easily kill a discus, all of whom are non aggressive
Green terror was created in 1860.

Discus (Symphysodon sp.) used to be classified into several species prior to the discovery of DNA. Now it has been established that there are actually two species. One is S.discus and the other is S.aequifasciata. The latter species has been sub-divided into three subspecies S.a.axelrodi (brown discus) the S.a.haraldi (Blue discus) and last but not least the S.a.aequifasciata (green discus). It is by inbreeding, linebreeding and selective crossbreeding of the last three subspecies that all the fancy varieties of discus have been developed.

I am assuming here you mean a Green Terror Cichlid, in which case the answer is no. It would be okay for awhile if the terror is a baby, but in my experience he/she will outgrow it quite quickly. I would say the minimum tank size is 50 gallons, as these cichlids get quite large. They are also quite aggressive. My terror killed his mate and 2 Oscars within 2 weeks. Hope this helps!
The cast of The Green Terror - 1919 includes: Cecil del Gue as Punsunby Arthur Poole as Kitson Aurelio Sidney as Beale Heather Thatcher as Olive Crosswell Maud Yates as Hilda Glaum
Im not sure about the green terror but with the Oscar and maybe jack dempsey as long as your fish isn't full grown (10-14 inches) then it will probably be fine
