can you be a foster parent and have epilepsy
Children should be able to visit a parent in prison as long as the parent did not do an offense against the child. It should also be up to the child if they want to see their parent in prison.
Epilepsy has many forms, and people get it for different reasons. It can be hereditary, but just because a parent does have it, it doesn't mean their children would too. Also, people can get it with no family history of it. Obviously if your parents had it, then there would be an increased chance, but again there are no guarantees. Each case is different, so a discussion with a doctor who is familiar with an individual's case is what should be done if someone has concerns.
Yes
Not necessarily, some children cannot communicate or are suffering from post-traumatic stress. Any children in which these do not apply to will be expected to answer some questions.
Ca I still be a Foster Parent even if I'm an Epileptic Patient?
Why should adult children have any rights to the personal gains of a parent, unless they worked to add to them?
they should by no junk food and keep them energized
Not necessarily. Every parent knows the severity of their own epilepsy, so they can take that into consideration. Each individual is different, so it could be more of a problem for some people than for others. Once they are old enough, the children can be taught about epilepsy and how to know that someone is having a seizure and what to do, so that makes things easier.
Children live with their parent or parents. Your parent has the final say.
Parents should play a game with their children (children love to immulate their parents) by letting them floss when they have their first teeth in (the parent should watch so the child doesn't cut their gums) even when some front teeth are falling out.
The non-custodial parent can go to court and request custody of the children. A judge will decide which parent should be awarded custody of the children. The circumstances under which the children are currently living, combined with the reason(s) they are not living with you will be a big factor in whether or not you get to keep custody of the children.
