Antifreeze is not as dangerous as you think. Just use warm water or some cleaning bleach if you are that worried. Antifreeze should not provide health issues if you just clean it with water.

What type of antifreeze for 2000 Mitsubishi Diamante?

The thing you should never do is put 100% water. You can buy the 100 percent antifreeze(the green color kind) and just mix it yourself. You shouldn't put 100% antifreeze either, depending on where you live and the usual temperature you drive through. For a more colder area, you would put more antifreeze than water and hot places about 50/50 antifreeze/water.

Should you put nothing but antifreeze in your radiator?

The maximum recommended mixture is 50% antifreeze and 50% water. To my knowledge, 100% antifreeze is not recommended. If you are concerned about measuring, you can buy the pre-mix at just about any auto parts store or WalMart.

It should have a 50 / 50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water in the engine cooling system all year round . Besides providing freeze protection the antifreeze provides corrosion protection ( until the corrosion inhibitors are " used up " )

How do i add water to the radiator in a 2005 Malibu?

It is no longer necessary to add just water to a radiator in newer cars like the 2005 Malibu. An antifreeze that is half water and half antifreeze is usually best. Add the 50/50 antifreeze to the radiator overflow tank. It should be a plastic, see through tank hooked to the radiator.

1996 dodge neon accidentally added oil to radiator is there any way to fix that?

Ya just drain it and fill it up with new antifreeze. there should be a drainplug you can just twist at the bottom corner of your radiator facing the engine. may want to rinse it with water, you can just run water straight through. just remember to fill it with antifreeze.

Is water added when filling 2003 Honda Accord radiator with antifreeze?

You want to use a 50/50 mixture of water and antifreeze, but use the manufacture recommended antifreeze, it comes straight anti freeze in which case you would mix a gallon of antifreeze to a gallon of water or you can buy a pre mixed container of antifreeze if your just trying to top off
