It is entirely up to you and is dependant on your age.
If you are a minor, leaving home and moving in with a "boyfriend" is an act of statutory rape. Even if the relationship is consensual.
If you are an adult and feel comfortable and are ready to take your relationship to the next level, then feel free to move.
However if you are not comfortable, just tell your boyfriend that you are not ready and want to take things slow. By asking this question it shows me that you are having a certain degree of doubt about relocating.
Bare in mind, moving states is not easy. You will loose connections with friends, you will be in an unfamiliar environment and you may be miles from friends and family if the relationship turns sour. Moving home is not a small thing, it's actually a very huge change in your life, even if you don't think so now, you will realise so later.
