NO, they are meant to use dry. using anything on head gaskets, could change the thickness of the gasket, and cause problems, besides the added sealant could blow out because of the compression,and cause a compression leak.
prolly a blown headgasket or results of a preexhisting headgasket problem. if your headgasket isn't blown or you fixed it before drain the contents and add more oil.
