When bearded dragons "hibernate" it is actually called brumation. You do not need to lower the temps and all that, it is not necesary. They may go into a little semi brumation period all on their own during winter months, it is possible. The only time this is recommend is when someone is breeding them, it is still not needed then, but just proven helpful. So no, you don't need to.
The 2009 pet of them month is the bearded dragon.

At 10 months old feed your dragon his/her veggies and greens every day and the protein every 2-3 days
it means it's saying hi to you.
Adult bearded dragons average 15" to 17" in length, though there are reports of large males reaching up to 23".
Give maybe 2 small locust or 3 crickets at most along with fresh greens and water, although you will need to watch in case they decide to stop eating or seem to require more. I know this as i have a bearded dragon myself
Bearded Dragons under 10 inches can be housed in a 20 gallon tank. This will only last a few months as they grow quickly.
I have been breeding dragons for a few yesrs now, and in my opinion, a three-four month old dragon should be 8-10 inches, snout-tail length. I have a bearded dragon and just for some reasurrance, that person is right ^^^^ ----------------- While there is no 'correct' size for a 3-4 month old bearded dragon, I would agree with the two comments above. Don't be alaramed if yours is a little bit smaller or bigger than that given range, some dragons are just naturally smaller. However, if it is a lot smaller (for example 5-6 inches long) I'd recommend seeing a vet. I'm sure everything's fine. :)
