If you mean the spider bearings inside the CV joints, those actually come with the new joint (or CV axle assembly). Usually it's easier and more economical to buy an entire CV axle assembly (comes with the shaft and inner and outer joints). If you were referring to the wheel bearings, it's not absolutely necessary to change those unless they are worn. Interestingly, the front wheel bearings on the 1994-1997 Honda Accords is not a very commonly replaced item; not because they never wear out, but rather because the wheel HUBS typically require replacement rather than the bearings. In many cases, the splines of the wheel hub tend to be the problem when they become seized to the splines of the CV joint. If you find you do need a hub, then it is advised to replace the wheel bearings at the same time. The wheel bearing and hub are sold separately... OEM wheel hub is around $160, and the wheel bearing about $70.
