If it moves,it's on the skin.not on th ebone,so that leaves 5 things-pimple,cyst(yuck!,insect bite,stuck pore,or something else i don't know about. I have just discovered the same thing. It moves to the touch and slightly throbs. I too have a bump on my right temple that seems to be under the skin. It seems to hurt a little if I push on it and I can feel my pulse. I have also had headaches and pressure there since it formed.
