Jeff Buckley had an ethereal voice & an incredible range. He was a a light lyric tenor capable of extending his range upward through use of falsetto. (A tenor's range in the bass clef spans middle C to high F) Jeff's actual range was four octaves.

The tone is higher yes. Tenor music is written in Treble Clef. Baritone in Bass Clef. tenor music is written in tenor clef -.- i know this cuz i play a tenor trombone and some baritones are written in tenor clef too

Her lowest sang note is a Eb3, her highest sang note is a C#7. Eb3 - C#7 - 3 octaves, 6 octaves. Although she has already hit a F7 as an exclamation but people usually don't play attention those in vocal ranges. With the F7 her range is around 4 octaves and 2 notes :)
