yes, i think you should tell her that he hugged you because its not like he kissed you, but before you do tell her , you might want to tell him to not hug you .. but dont tell him why because your friend will not be happy if you tell him if its a secret ... just tell him because you dont like it or its uncomfortable or maybe because you like someone else and you dont want them seeing another boy hugging you...
but be careful how you say it .. do not say it as its funny or in a happy way just tell her as if your just being a friend and tell her why you are telling her too...
