Yes, the Jeep CJ-7 Wrangler windshield should be the same size as other year Wrangler models. EDIT: NO! The CJ7 glass is NOT exactly the same as the Wrangler glass. I just had my CJ7 windshield replaced and the shop was out of CJ glass. I suggested using glass from an early Wrangler (the YJ) and the shop manager told me NO WAY. There are minor differences in the early YJ glass, but enough not to make a good seal. The TJ and JK Wranglers have curved glass, so those are definitely out of the question.
Nope. Wrangler windshield is a bit bigger.
yes, all cj7 doors and hard tops will fit jeep yjs
No. The Wrangler has several changes, windshield width, body width, etc.
Should be good, but check the door hinges, Jeep made a change from the CJ to YJ.
The characteristics of a Jeep CJ7 include round headlights, tailgate opens down, factory sport bar and bottom mount windshield. This jeep was manufactured in 1976.
No, there are too many differences
between 86 and 87. jeep stopped making the cj7's in 86
No a CJ is a 5 on 5.5 and any newer jeep is 5 on 4.5.
No, the frame was widened in the YJ to help cure the tippy nature of the Jeep.
Maybe, but I don't believe so. CJ7 works on a YJ, but I'm almost positive TJ's arent interchangeable.
yes
I think that will work, from what I understand Jeep used the same bolt pattern right up to 2010 or 2011
