That your baby possibly had a bowel movement. It is called meconium.
There are all manner of laxatives, pharmaceutic and natural, that work well. However, I would first mention there's no health reason that you have to have a bowel movement every day. In fact, many people don't. If there's no bowel movement by 4 days, or if you feel uncomfortable, then ask for help. But unless you feel uncomfortable, don't worry -- your body generally handles itself well on its own in such matters.
Bowel movements should not be clear. However, there may be mucous i the stool. This could be clear or white and foamy. If the mucous is the only symptom, it is likely nothing to worry about.
Its normal, it means the baby made their first bowel movement inside of you, but you need to get to the hospital as soon as possible, because once your water breaks there is an 18 hours time frame that the baby should come out by or they are at risk for infection, even if you are not contracting, the doctor will give you something to help you start.
I am seeing some haevy rectal bleeding, heavy in consistency. I already had a colonoscopy this year, IBS was diagnosed, nothing else. should i worry?
Having a large bowel movement a few times will not injure the anus permanently. However you might get a fissure (a small cut) around the anus that may bleed a little. This is usually nothing to worry about.
Because your eating for two so that means digesting for two. Don't worry about it! :)

No, there is no reason to worry yet. You don't normally start to feel movements until 16-22 weeks.
You don't have to worry about spotting. You should worry about a heavy flow. You should also talk to your doctor.
Yes you should worry somewhat. It is because cavities can cause problems in the teeth.
