This is a critical question and one that is well used by rationalists to determine when science leaves the pursuit of the possible and begins a fanatical chase after the highly improbable. Satellites can read objects as small as a license plate, and probably more. It would be easy for a satellite to track most animals or objects once detected. Not to mention that the use of infrared and other such specialized optics would greatly aid in tracking most anything. When faced with such questions many crpytozoologists argue that many cryptids live in environments that make tracking them extremely difficult, despite advanced optics. Many of these sought after creatures live in harsh lands, underground, in murky waters or are given almost supernatural attributes. They also add that creatures such as Big Foot would resemble too much a human, and be disregarded as such by high tech tracking gear. As well, there are not too many companies or individuals who are willing to pay the bill to put a satellite on a tracking detail for a creature that is only seen a few times a year, if even that. On the other hand, when such equipment is used or registers anything, even vague shapes or blobs, some of the more zealous crpytozoologists excitedly report that these are indications that prove the creature is indeed real.
When it comes right down to it, yes, satellites should be able to track any creature that is not purported to have supernatural abilities. Further, instruments such as infrared would be able to find heat signatures from Big Foot, Yeti, Loch Ness monster and other popular creatures. Technology, however, obviously is not able to scan everywhere at once and is susceptible to a certain margin of error or ineffectual gradience and until these things are perfect, the legends will probably never cease.
satellites
yes! there shouldnt be a rule for that because teachers shouldnt be able to tell students what to do to there hair. for example if a student wants her hair to be a bright pink they could do it if they want too!
Must be able to track the vehicle's location
bass guitar
Satellites affect our lives every day, and we don't even realize it. They make our lives safer, more convinient, and provide entertainment. Satellites are in charge of why we watch television, use the telephone, have GPS, and are able to predict the weather. it helps determine the climate and it monitors the enviornment. Also it provides us with development of land terrains. Also astrophysicists are allowed more knowlege of space.

no the prosecutor shouldnt have the powerto used

Yes they are.
Santa does not let only NORAD see him as part of his adventure to deliver presents all over the world on Christmas Eve, NORAD is just the one that has made a habit out of it however anyone that knows how to access and read satellites would be able to track him because Rudolph's red nose delivers a heat signature that satellites can pick up on. News Channels and Google can also track Santa since they can use satellites to gather the information on Santa's whereabouts on Christmas Eve.
Though now retired, the space shuttle was able to 'capture' satellites for repair and replace then in their correct orbit.
Monitor changes in the color of Earth's oceans :)
We don't know that yet but if we got better technology we could be able to find them if they are real or fake
The cryptid Melonheads, are believed to be able to be found in Connecticut. They are considered to be humanoids with big heads.
Scientists are able to track ozone hole. New technology has enabled them to do so.
The kind of pollution comes from track able sources is usually trash pollution in the water. Air pollution and fossil fuel pollution are also track able sources.
Physics. Specifically, it's a combination of inertia and gravity.
