Probably another spec somewhere on the site for ink, but I think the 1g figure is a good approximation.
The above spec specifies a thickness of 124±7 micrometers, which works out to about .00488", but I think the printing process squashes the paper down to about .0043", the number widely used as the estimated thickness of a single bill. Note that paper compresses well, so in a tall or tightly bundled stack the individual bills may be thinner.
Some one must have done a detailed survey of average weights & thicknesses of US currency, but I couldn't find one in a quick online search.
