The pump is at the base of the washer reservoir. This is behind the offside front bumper on my right hand drive C3 (2003 HDi ). Best access is by removing front off side wheel and wheel-arch liner. Work safely .... SUPPORT CAR PROPERLY!
Its the suspension leg from the stub axle where your front wheel is to the car body is. It comprises a tube with a road spring on it and a damper inside. Offside means its the side usually away from the curb.
You will find that the front brake rotors are located behind the front of your wheel spindle, (behind your wheel and brakes). There you will see the rotors.
It's mounted on the outside of the chassis rail just behind the offside front wheel. You'll know when you see it as it be two see-through containers, one larger than the other.

I Believe it should be stamped on the frame behind the right front wheel or Left Front wheel if your standing in front of the vehicle.

you have to take off the offside front wheel and access the bottle via the wheel arch. This involves taking off the mud guards which are fixed in place by plastic plugs and one screw
offsets are determined from center of wheel front to back if bolt holes are front of center then its front-spacing if behind center it's back-spacing measure wheel front to back and then lay wheel on front and measure to back of bolt hole that gives you offset if any.
if it is all wheel ABS it right behind the rotor and goes into the front wheel bearing and if it is not all wheel ABS it is the back wheel behind the rotor
