Sometime when I come to a stop sign on my motorcycle 03 R6 and put the clutch in the bike doesnt idle and just dies Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

check oil level in your hydraulic clutch if you have a hydraulic clutch. If not and it is a cable clutch check and make sure your clutch is adjusted properly. It may not be disengaging when you pull the clutch lever.

How do you figure the starter is okay just by popping the clutch? Popping the clutch uses the driveline to turn the motor over. The starter is not involved at all.

The springs around the clutch plate have probably came out and locked up between the pressure plate and the clutch plate and locked them together. you need to change the clutch plate and have the pressure plate checked for damage.
Same guy with the clutch problem here you have just got a new plate and disc and flywheel and clutch cable and still nothing it just feels like it is locking up any ideas its a manual 91 1.6l storm?
