if sparkplug came out, then you need to find the problem that causes this. usually plug will blow out if it has been loose and trashed the thread where it bolts in. easiest way to fix this is to buy a spark plug with a speeedy sleeve. as you screw this plug into the plug hole a sleeve in the plug will make a new thread replacing the old one,and allow plug to be reomved for service in the future.
It is on the driver's side head by the back spark plug.
if its the same as the 5.4 its the secound to the back on the driver side
follow the wires back from the spark plug it usually goesm back to where the coil is
You need to remove the upper intake manifold to access.
Back of the motor, Cylinder farthest to the passenger side.
It is on the drivers side head, Back by the last spark plug by the cab.
The map sensor for a Chevy 5.3 liter engine is on the top of the intake. It is at the back of the engine.
engine front to back: 1,2,3,4,5,6 distributor from #1 going clockwise: 1,5,3,6,2,4 how do you find #1 on distributor
probably on top of the middle of the engine back by the firewall follow the spark plug wires from the spark plugs back
If it is 3.3 liter engine it's a bit difficult. I had a 93 century I'm sure engine design didn't change much... Requires a 3/8's ratchet and spark plug socket with an extension. How I did mine was placing the socket/extension on spark plug then ratchet. Just have to reach back there and get your hands dirty
The spark plug firing order is ( 1 - 3 - 4 - 2 ) the engine cylinders are numbered 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 from front to back
There is a hole back there. Get one of those mirrors on a stick so you can see what it looks like first then just feel your way in there.
