That'd usually mean that it's either running richer on that half, or that those cylinders are getting oil into the combustion chamber.
I heard you have to take half the motor apart to get to them.
1 and a half
You spend 340.00 paying the dealer to take half the engine apart so that there is access to the spark plugs. Other than the access problem there is nothing different about changing Kia Spark plugs.
I would suggest you remove the spark plugs and put about a half-teaspoon of Marvel Mystery Oil into each cylinder then crank the motor over a few times before putting in new plugs. Then give it some fresh gas and try to start it.
They don't have spark plugs, therefore, no need for a wrench
Depends on the motor, All are coil on plug, so they are located in the center of the valve covers. The V8 engines are easy to get to, but the V6 needs to have it's upper half of the intake manifold removed to access half of them.
call the place where you bought your plugs they will know, they usually write the gap setting on the box.
those particular wires and plugs are located in the engine compartment under the hood of that Lincoln the spark plugs are located on both sides of the engine block about half way down the wires are connected to the spark plugs and then run all the way to the coil/distributer whatever that particular model has good luck
The average cost of Bosch Spark Plugs are approximately $10.00. Currently though, Amazon has them on sale for $5.88 each which is about half off so it seems like a rather great deal.
I would start by checking the Catalytic converter. It is likely plugged forcing the exhaust gases back into the motor, fouling out the EGR valve and your oxygen sensor. Another cheaper problem is changing the spark plugs and wires. The plugs being dirty will cause the motor not to fire in that cylinder and the wire being no good won't send the electric pulse to the plug so it can spark. But it not going over 55 would likely be the catalytic converter and EGR valve, unless half of your spark plugs are horribly fouled.
firstly u should take out the spark plugs and give it 50 pulls then put them back in and run it for at least half an hour but 3 to 4 hours on an extra oil fuel mix is best
About a half hour if you're mechanically inclined; an hour and change if you're not.
