Speaking as one who breastfed four babies: You don't really need a "special" diet to breastfeed your baby. If you are currently eating an excellent diet (enough protein, plenty of fruits and vegetables, etc), the only special thing you need to do is make sure you get plenty of calcium. What you do need to do is avoid junk foods that fill you up with lots of calories and not much nutrition (candy, soft drinks, etc).
No doubt experts will weigh in with much better answers than this, but this should ease your mind if you're eating well, and get you pointed in the right direction if you're not.
Enjoy your baby, and I wish you great satisfaction and success in breastfeeding!
The mammary glands (breasts) produce milk to feed her baby.
Lions are mammals. Mother mammals feed their babies with milk that they produce in their mammary glands.
Only mammals can produce milk, which newborn baby mammals drink in order to grow. Milk contains fat, vitamins, calcium, and protein.
The mother will feed the babies milk. She will nurse them for about 2 to 3 months after birth. She will teach them to eat the food you feed her. There is nothing special you need to do.
Quicker for a mother to feed the baby, industruries can mass produce the purees and there's a wider range of flavours in the foods for the baby to eat.
Mice are mammals, and like all mammals, they produce milk to feed their newborns until the baby mice can eat solid food.
No, you don't need any special apparatus to feed a baby kitten. I would suggest a 2 oz. baby bottle. I would stick a pin in a baby bottle nipple and make the hole a little bigger. If you can't find any cat milk, use goat milk. That's easier to find in stores.
If you wish it (them) to survive you will remove them from (danger) fish that may eat them and you will feed them special food for fry.
it actually depends on how much you breast feed your baby. if you breast feed on a regular basis your milk will produce up to 5 years tops. so basicly the more you breast feed the more milk you produce
i feed my baby rat with lots of fresh food like melons, berries and with some dry fruits like almonds, cashews and walnuts.i give them special treats like biscuits at some ocassions only.
Yes, definitely. Some kids need more than the mother can produce at the time, and baby formula is safe.
It requires 1,273 pounds of feed to produce a lamb
