It depends on what vehicle the tire is mounted on. The correct PSI is listed in your owners manual and may also be written on the drivers door post.

Almost certainly! A 235/75 R15 tire is only 10mm wider than a 225/75 R15 tire and 10mm is less that 4/10ths of an inch. The only problem you could run into is if the R15 rim you're using is already too wide or too narrow for the tire which you have on it, but if the 225 tire is using the recommended rim, the 235 tire is permitted under current standards. .
If it is the 4cylinder 4x4 then the tires are either 225/75/r15, or 31x10.50xr15
