The wiper motor on a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron won't work if the motor has seized up or the fuse has blown. The switch inside the cabin or the wiring can also come loose and cause this problem.
Check your distributor cap, make sure your not getting moisture in it...lebaron and Chrysler 3.0 have a common problem with the screws on the dist. cap to be corroded and break off. quite possible this problem is as simple as replacing your dist cap.
Had similar problem on 1987 lebaron replaced starter relay under hood driver side over wheel well next to cooling fan relay.
Is it electrically controlled? If so, it will have to come out to trouble shoot the different motors under it. I think there are three.

Obviously there is an electrical problem.. In my '93 LeBaron, my son borrowed the car and left the emergency brake on, after starting the car. There was a short as a result, and my headlights needed jury-rigged to work...My dash lights do not come on, but the warning lights work. Was there an electrical short, at some time in the past?
