∙ 11y agoWe multiply the relative weight of each class (its hours, or units) by the point value of the grade and divide by the total number of hours to get a weighted average of the grade points per hour. We consider art, history, science, math and science lab, which are worth 2, 3, 4, 3 and 1 hours respectively, and had grades B, A, C, B and A respectively (rated at 3, 4, 2, 3, and 4 points per hour respectively)
