Fuel filter (on both of my Suzuki Alto GA's - 1988 & 1992) is at the rear left-hand side of the vehicle, tucked into front lower part of the wheel arch . It is intended to be held in by a spring clip, which has an unfortunate tendancy to break away from the bodywork. But that's not fatal, just tuck the filter back into place without the clip. Here in Brussels my local general parts dealer can no longer get that model of fuel filter, and even at my local 'old Suzuki' breaker/parts dealer I bought the last two that he had in stock, so good hunting ! Does anyone know a workaround to substitute a different model of fuel filter ?
