Moore's law in layman's terms states that the potential for computer processing power increases and technology shrinks at an exponential rate.
Take the modern cell phone. Your basic android based phone or apple iphone has more potential processing power then the first supercomputers developed by man. And this has all happened in less then forty years.
In short, yes, I think it will be very possible to have micro-sized computers, possibly wearable or even implanted inside the human body, which will be capable of calculations on the scale of modern day "supercomputers".
It's only a matter of time.
