An appliance cable or "flex" outlet is a type of electrical outlet which is NOT a "socket outlet" to take plugs for appliances so that they can be plugged and un-plugged. An appliance cable or "flex" outlet has terminals inside it. The terminals allow the wires in an appliance cable or "flex" to be connected to the household wiring in a building. The household wiring comes from the building's main electrical power panel, which carries the main circuit breakers. The circuit breakers are fitted to protect the household wiring from catching on fire if any circuit is overloaded. Such appliance cable or "flex" outlets also have strain-relief clips. A strain-relief clip helps to prevent the cable from being yanked out of the outlet if the appliance gets moved away from the wall where the outlet is installed. Such outlets, with terminals inside and strain-relief clips, are used for fixed appliances, such as ranges or dryers, which should never have to be un-plugged during normal use of the appliance by the user.
That happens when the appliance supplied by the outlet is switched off.
I would use hot water conn. on it. Both on cold and hot

You will have trouble plugging a 220 volt appliance into a 110 volt outlet because both have different polarities for the plug and receptacle that make it impossible for that action to happen.Altering the plug isn't too good of an idea, as the voltage demand of the appliance would be too heavy for the wiring.
You will burn up your appliance!!!!!

An Outlet has two nodes, one is positive and one is negative. You will not feel anything to a negative node and it is for receiving the supply of electricity released from positive node. As you connect a appliance to outlet the electricity has to pass through out that appliance to reach to the negative node.
Make sure that all electrical outlets in the bathroom are grounded to prevent electrical shock. When in doubt, consult an electrician and have a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) outlet installed.
Yes
No a cigarette lighter outlet can not be installed on a snow machine without a battery. The outlet will have no way to charge up.
Yes.
No, the applied 110 volt is too high for a 3 volt appliance. The appliance would burn out right away.
Yes, flex can be used on a bathroom outlet. All code regulations have to be strictly adhered to regarding distances from openings and plumbing fixtures. Bathroom circuits have to be supplied from GFCI breakers.
Probably not, but I have yet to see a 150 volt appliance as this is a non-standard voltage. If you are referring to a 115 volt appliance then the answer is yes you can as 110/115/120 volts tend to be used interchangeably in practice and are close enough together to not affect operation of the appliance.
An appliance cord is the power cord that must be plugged into an electric outlet before a small electric appliance such as a toaster, steam iron, hand mixer, or radio will work.
A 210 volt outlet is an outlet that can provide power for an appliance that is up to 210 volts. Some examples of these could be dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.
