The Incredi Pull does not work on Craftsman 32CC weed trimmer. I need to repair so I can start the motor?

The incredi pull design is defective. Obviously there was no quality assurance. The pull line will wear through the small plastic choke idlers and render the entire trimmer useless once it has worn about halfway through.
