Check the blower relay, it may be getting stuck..............

under right side dash, near blower fan. has two screws & connector.
access the blower fan from the engine compartment, passengers side, on the firewall, about the easiest blower motor to replace I have ever encountered.
Are you asking about the heater blower motor or the engine cooling blower motor?

The fan should turn off after the engine is shut off. If it stays on, the radiator fan relay has failed.

Your blower fan motor is located in the engine compartment, about top center of the fire wall.
The fan housing is located on the left side of the engine compartment, under the hood.
Most higher end luxury vehicles are designed not to blow cold air and fan starts after engine coolant temperature is warm
