I HAVE A 99 AND I WAS TOLD BY A RELIABLE MECHANIC THAT THESE CARS DONT TURN ON UNTIL THEY REACH ABOUT 238 DEGREES. I HAVE ONLY HEARD MY FAN ON A HAND FULL OF TIMES IN THE SEVEN YEARS OF HAVING IT. ONE MORE TID BIT THEY HAD FAULTY INTAKE GASKETS AND THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED I HAVE HEARD OF PEOPLE BLOWING THEIR MOTORS FROM THIS. GOOD LUCK!!

Q: The cooling fans of your 1999 grand prix do not come on the fuse is fine do you need to replace the mini-relays coolant temperature sensor the car does not overheat yet it gets up around 220 then drop?
