Start pumping that good old vitamin into your system at the first sign of a cold. Vitamin C will boost your immune system and help to fight off the cold much faster and easier. Sleep! AT LEAST 8 hours a day - more if you can manage it. Colds are fought best when your body is at rest. Healthy, green foods. The more nutritionally sound and wholsome foods the better! Vitamins and minerals pack a whallop. Drink water. Alot. Flush out your systems. And finally, try an OTC product like ZYCAM. It's a nasal swab, used 2x daily that is proven to reduce the duration of the common cold. GOODLUCK!
