PAIR A:

Green algae and Vascular plants:

-Chlamydomonas is an unicellular alga common in freshwater lakes and ponds. It is usually by the shore and also in fish or frog tanks. It goes through the water by two flagella. Green algae are large and complex enough to qualify as seaweeds. There are about 6000 species of green algae. Many species live their lives as single cells, while other species form colonies or long filaments. Some organisms rely on green algae to conduct photosynthesis for them.

-Vascular plants lignin hardened vascular tissues providing strong support which circulate resources through the plant, enabling the stems to stand upright and grow tall on land than non-vascular plants. For the vascular plants the generation phase is the sporophyte, which is always the diploid with two set of chromosomes per cell. The non-vascular plants are usually gametophyte, and is a haploid with one se of chromosomes per cell.

-- so the non vascular like the green algae don't have the true conducting tissue, leaves or roots. They are relatively small due to the lack of elaborating of conducting tissues. The gametophytes are the dominant phases and the sporophytes are dependent upon them. They also required water to help fertilizations so the could grow in moist or seasonally moist in their habitats.

Why wont your girlfriend tell her ex about you?

The real question is why does she have to? Are there kids involved? Is she still in constant contact with him? If so, why? An ex is an ex for a reason. I think once two people move on, their relationships are off limits for discussion. If there are kids involved, there should only be discussion to the extent that it impacts the children.

Do evolutionists believe in natural selection?

" Evolutionists? " Believe in? " Two words/phrases that are ideological in nature and have no place in a scientific discussion. Evolutionary scientists accept the overwhelming and convergent evidence for the theory of evolution by natural selection. This is the best explanation we have for the adaptive changes seen in evolution.
