== == The slector switch and the fan speed switch. If not there check you'r fuse box for blown fuses. Answer 2: Actually, I would suggest the blower motor regulator. It's only about a $15 repair, and it can be done pretty easily. Setting 4 doesn't run through the regulator (emergency reasons), which would explain why that setting is still functional. The resistor on the regulator probably went bad, but replacing the whole regulator is the best solution. After getting the part from my Ford dealer, I was able to switch it out in about 15 minutes. Here's how: Empty the glove compartment and when it is open, push on the sides and pop the little bumpers that keep it in place. It will flip down and you should be able to see the heater fan assembly. The regulator is located on the left side. It has a single screw which holds it in place. Remove the screw, uplug the old one, plug in the new one, replace the screw, and you're done. This should solve the problem, but if it doesn't, at least you're only out $15 and a few minutes. It's unlikely that a fuse is the problem, since there is only one fuse that controls the switch, and if you have one setting, it must be functional. YES YES YES that was it It was part #3M5Z-18591-BA. Price $15.48
