Has it been exposed to cold temperatures for a long period of time?-possilble frotsbite. Or did you injury it somehow that you can remember? It could also be a pinched nerve. I would go see your doctor A.S.A.P. it could become something serious.

What do you do when your hand falls asleep Why does it?

Someone's hand can fall asleep due to lack of circulation to the hand. When a person sits, or lays a certain way the circulation can be restricted if pressure is placed upon any one part of the arm or wrist. To regain circulation a person can move their arm and hand around to cause the blood to begin to flow back to the hand and the feeling of it having 'fallen asleep' to be removed.

How do you know when his touch is meaningful like the way he holds your hand or the constant touching or the way he falls asleep on your stomach when you both are laying down?

If he really cared about you, he wouldn't fall asleep on your stomach. Instead, he'd be concerned that he is making it hard for you to breathe. He obviously isn't capable of feeling what you are feeling.

I just stretch, wiggle my fingers and shake my arm and hand until feeling returns If it worries you, ask your doctor about it, but do not make a special appointment for thiis.

What your hand falls a sleep what is happning?

What is happening is if your hand is bent (or too much pressure is on it) it blocks or you could say kinks the nerve. If your nerve is kinked long enough it stops all feeling in your hand until the kink is all of the way out when you let up on the pressure. Then your nerve is back to normal and you have feeling in your hand agian.
