  4. In breakfast, you can have eggs, besan chilla, idli, appe, khichdi, fruits, brown bread,paranthas made of less flour and more vegetables. Avoid butter, you can use ghee, but in limitations.
  5. And between your breakfast and lunch you can have fruit, a big plate of any fruit you like, if you are having mango, then please don't take it in extra quantity but definitely you can have it. Curd with boondi is the best option as well. It will give you good taste as well.
  6. If you have cravings to eat something sweet, then you can have jaggery, raisins, 2–3 pieces of Dark Chocolate but for the whole day.
  7. For lunch vegetables, salad, chappati, butter milk, curd , a bowl of rice .. You can take all of these.
  8. In the evening you can again have green tea with chia seeda along with Makhane, Murmure. Or you can even have one more fruit. Or a glass of milk with very less sugar.
  9. In night, any soup, a big bowl of daal, salad, 1 chappati or any vegetable, you can eat all these.
  10. If you are awake till late and you feel hungry, you can have nuts, salad, a piece of brown bread.
  11. Don't starve yourself, you should eat a lot but good
  12. Avoid processed and packed food, sugar, and junk food.
  13. Eat cheat meal once a week. But it must not continue for whole day. And yes to give more concession you can also have one ice cream in a week as well.

You can try fiber rich foods in order to prevent you from eating so much. Fibers delays the stomach from emptying the food.
