1995 berettas and corsicas have generic daytime running lights no matter what if the switch is on your headlights will be on. (although it should be lowbeams). in 1995 Chevy didn't use a lower wattage for the daytime running lights. and so far i haven't found a way to by-pass them.
The switch assembly is probably worn out and malfunctioning.
How do you turn on the high beams. I see it is in the left blinker place but it wont stay on I have to hold it forward...help
First check the bulbs, if the bulbs are good I would suspect the high/low beam switch is bad.
the fog lights work with the low beams , they wont come on with the high beams
Have you checked the drl relay?
You wont be able to see anything, the light will just bounce back off the fog, never ever drive with your high beams on in hevy fog. just keep your low beams on.
low beam fuse blown.
take fuel filter out turn key and let pump pump it out
you blew out a fuse under the hood just change it and it should work
first check the bulbs then the curcut then the fuses on the fuse board
Most likely a problem within the computer somewhere, take the vehocle to your local Chevrolet dealer, or mechanic and explain the problem.
1of two things either dimmer swith is bad or headlight switch is bad only 2things it could be Answer: No, both headlight bulbs can be bad.
