this is only a temporary solution for a larger problem. either disconnect negative battery cable or locate interior fuse and pull out. It may not be the interior fuse but it will be one of the fuses on the interior. (trial & error)
Depends on make, model, and year.
on the bottom of the steering colum is a small panel, pop this off and inside is a little button/lever, push it and the key should come out with ease
take off your steering wheel, and replace your ignition, its fairly easy, and depending on your model, not very costly
Take the tiniest amount of oil and rub it on. Or pour a little in.
Use a screw driver to turn it on and off lol its not gonna come out
this is caused by ignition lock cylinder failure, you will have to replace the ignition lock cylinder and key.
Is it when the ignition lights on the brake lights are stuck on? If so adjust the brake light switch at the pedal.hope this helps Answer: Its the park lights. The vehicle is probably in park.
Pull harder. If necessary, use a prybar.
make sure that the car is in park. if the car is on anything other than park the key will not come out of the ignition. took me over an hour to figure it out when it happened to me. hope this helps!

I would check the transmission safety switch. If it's faulty you will not be able to get your key out.
