Your headlights do not go through the fuse box. The stuff that does not work all goes through the fuse box. It sounds like you have a bunch of blown fuses. There may be a section of your fuse box that has a broken wire leading to a section of fuses. You may have a place where the insulation wore off a bunch of wires and caused a bunch of fuses to blow.
Get out your owners manual. Find out where your fuse box is. Replace the fuses to the circuits that are not working. If they still don't work, take your car to a mechanic.
