The reason for this error is an incomplete upgrade to Real Player. When the program is uninstalled & reinstalled, the error disappears.
If you starting getting this error after attempting to install a new application or upgrade an existing one, try the following:
(1) Uninstall the application from Control Panel / Add or Remove Progams.
(2) If unable to do so from there, find the folders related to the application (do a search or check the Program Files folder) using Windows Explorer, and delete them.
(3) Reinstall the application. Make sure no other applications are running during the install. Check for a confirmation message that the program was installed successfully.
(4) Reboot computer.
(5) Attempt to reopen application. Hopefully error statement will disappear.
Another potential fix is to search the internet for "MSVCR71.dll". You will find Websites that allow you to download this file for free.
SP3
You suck it deeply and you buy legally what you're trying to install.
Your library is corrupt.
Be sure and have XP Sp2 Minimum on system
If the procedure entry point AIL set speaker configuration16 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll when you run Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, try rebooting the game.
Dynamic linking is accomplished by placing the name of a sharable library in the executable image. Actual linking with the library routines does not occur until the image is run, when both the executable and the library are placed in memory. An advantage of dynamic linking is that multiple programs can share a single copy of the library.
